My new favorite legume: ADZUKI BEANSNew favorite meal for people who hate to cook, can’t cook or have very little time.
BPA free, organic Adzuki beans and chickpeas rinse in collander and drip dry and blanched green beans (boiled for 3 minutes and cooled in ice bath). Add dressing when ready to eat. Keep the rest in fridge for whenever you are ready to eat (no one likes soggy food).
